Lauren Davis & Company was formed in 1996 after recognizing the need in the Michiana area for an organization that focused on the needs of small to medium sized closely-held businesses and their owners. While the firm is relatively young, our trained professionals have over fifty years of combined experience in both public accounting and industry. Lauren Davis & Company recognizes the need for our clients to have more flexibility in the investment of their pension funds. While investment firms offer a myriad of investment choices, they do not provide plan administration services or they subcontract this service to organizations that are not local. We provide the accounting and record-keeping services to allow clients a full choice of investment options.
Our administration services facilitate compliance with the many tax and legislative issues facing qualified retirement plans. We also offer such services as retirement plan design and document preparation. In addition, we confront Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor issues.
